Take slowly! I rarely write reviews but felt compelled to share my experience. It's crucial to start this product very slowly. I took two flat teaspoons in the morning and afternoon and felt awful: hot flashes, flushing, nausea, and heart racing. I've now reduced to ½ a teaspoon twice daily and am tolerating it better. Research suggests it's best absorbed on an empty stomach and mustn't be taken with hot beverages. Hope this helps!
